An okay stay, worth for nanny services with the kids. Other than that not worth it.
When booked it says there's a bathtub, there's a kitchen in our two bedroom. It literally says in the room details:" In the well equipped kitchen..." It says it has a mini bar.. no it doesn't. So there was a lot of listed amenities that they actually don't have/provide. Very old and outdated furniture and everything around. Needs a total remodel
The fact that the amenities listed were not in our stay. Also the food, in an all inclusive resort should be available for the people and not to have it ordered every single meal and wait for it.

Jacuzzi is 30 years out of date. Plus not enough tanks for hot water. Massive deal and you need more bubbles in them too

Very Good
Overall the staff and all resources are very welcoming and supporting. It feels like home.
The reception seems not to be aligned. Even informing them 3x that my flight is at 22.25 in the evening they woke us up at 6am for transport to the airport. Additionally they missed to share few information for horse riding ending up that not everyone was able to enjoy horse riding. The property is well in shape anyhow few simple adjustments should be done to ensure full security for the kids and Traveller.
